i want to start one person company..is there any minimum capital requirement..can i start company with 100 rs
Minimum authorised capital shall be Rs. 1 lakh, for paid up there is no limit.

Since your business is proprietorship firm, no provision of Company law will be applicable.

Yes, you are right, an Individual can establish a One Man Company or One Person Company (OPC) as per Company Bill 2012.
Just now Company Bill 2012 has been passed but Act has not been implemented yet.
You have to wait till New Companies Act, 2012 gets implemented.
