if you want to register charitable trust i think there is no online process of registration, but if you want to register Section 8 company as per CA 2013, you can do it online.

I am working with private limited company, we want to upload revised annual report, is it possible? and if yes, then what is criteria other than technical ground and tax law matters? Is it necessary to apply to tribunal to revise the annual reports?
Filing of revised annual report is not possible. Once it is uploaded it cannot be filed again. The system will not allow to upload the form again.
Mam for the financial year 2011-12 i have uploaded form 20B two times and the challan was also generated 2 times and paid …..

I had a query.
i had a pvt ltd co form on 14.02.2011 and the company has not filed any annual returns till date.
I want to know how could i file annual return and what will be the penalties.
whether we can make annual accounts from 14.02.2011 to 31.03.2012 and file the annual return for the same???

Yes, if the company has not filed any annual returns, it can file now by paying normal and additional fees. Hii Madam I am having following query.
Abc Pvt ltd is holding company in India and it decided to set up wholly owned subsidiary company B Pvt Ltd in Dubai (Abroad).
Question 1) Is company incorporated in Dubai(abroad) required to file incorporation documents with Registrar in India.
Question 2)What is the Detailed Procedure to be followed in India,with regard to incorporation of subsidiary co in Dubai(Abroad).
In your case, ABC Pvt ltd is holding company in India and have Wholly owned subsidiary company i.e. B Pvt Ltd in Dubai. The Dubai company has already a a place of business in India, no need to file any document with ROC. But if you would like to form a Foreign company for establishing a company in India then you will have to follow the procedure under sections 591 to 608 of the Companies Act 1956.
