Relaxation of additional fees and extension of last date of filing in AOC-4 MGT-7
On 28.10.2016 Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued General Circular No. 12/2016 and provided relaxation of additional fees and further extension of last date of filing of e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 (XBRL), AOC-4(CFS), MGT-7 till 29.11.2016.

My CA has by mistake filed wrong period of appointment in ADT-1.
We conducted AGM on 30.12.16 as it was the first AGM in which we appointed the firm for the period of 5 years ie 01.04.16 to 31.03.21 but he wrongly mentioned as 01.04.17 to 31.03.22 and the same got approved.
Now my point is can we rectify the filed ADT-1 since there is no auditor appointed for FY-16-17
Please raise the ticket on MCA portal and see whether system will allow you to update period of appointment or not.
Hi mam our LLP closing was filed in July 2016 but it’s closing shows March 2017 . please let us know do we have to file IT, form 8 ,form 11 for april2016 to 2017
I think if you have already filed application of closing LLP in July 2016, you must have obtained certificate of closure. Please check MCA master data of LLP or list of strike off. You can also raise ticket.

we have incorporate our pvt. ltd. co.by 29-04-2013 with authorised capital Rs 500000 and paid up capital with Rs 100000. we did not file 20B, 23AC, 23ACA, AOC-4 AND MGT 7 till today.
can we file these returns.

Yes you can file previous file. The normal fees would depend upon amount of Authorised capital and additional fees would be 12 times of normal fees. This fee is applicable for each form.
Applying for dormant Status for a Company.
While uploading For MSC 1 it is asking to attach the latest financial statement and the Annual return of the company.
Do that mean to attach last uploaded or we have to upload the latest one.We do not have the latest one as the company is not operating for last 4 years.
Latest uploaded is 31st MArch 2012.
Yes Need to attach latest audited Financial Statement and Annual return of company to e-form MSC-1.
